سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد
Article 1 (Cancelling Order)
After shipment of ordered products, we do not accept any cancellation for the customers’ personal reasons no matter what the reasons are.
Article 2 (Returning Products)
1 We accept returns of strictly unused products within 7 days of receiving the products.
2 Please notify us in advance within 7 days of receiving the products.
We will not accept returns of products more than 8 days have passed after receiving the products.
3 You may send your return request at
world-yuzawaya-shop@yuzawaya.co.jp with your order number.
4 To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It also must be in the original packaging new and clean.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
5 We cannot accept returns of products in any of the following cases:
(1) Products that have been used once;
(2) Custom-made products specifically requested by the customer;
(3) Fabric, ribbons, and other products cut at the customer’s request;
(4) Replacement of products due to mistakes made by the customers (such as products ordered by mistake).
(5) Sale (Discounted), Outlet and gifted products.
6 When returning the products, please ship them back to Japan.
7 Customers are responsible for all the shipping charge of returning products to Japan.
8 Please note exchanges are not offered.
Article 3 (Returning Defective Products)
1 In the event you receive products that are incorrect, damaged, or may be defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the products.
2 For any inquiries, send us information including your name and email address, the order number and name of the product to be returned, and photo(s) if available by email to world-yuzawaya-shop@yuzawaya.co.jp
3 We will send you a return invoice and invoice by e-mail. Print the invoice and attach it to the product to be returned, and send it back to us.
We will pay the shipping charge for returning defective products.
4 After confirming the returned product, we will refund the amount paid by the payment method that you used on the Website.
5 Please note exchanges are not offered.
Article 4 (products that cannot be returned)
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding article, we cannot replace products in any of the following cases:
(1) Products that have been used once;
(2) Products damaged for a reason not attributable to us;
(3) Products for which at least 30 days have passed without any notification given to us since their arrival;
(4) Replacement of products due to mistakes made by the customers (such as products ordered by mistake).
