Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Carrier: EMS or UPS
Shipping Time: 1-7 business days from the order date.
Since we share inventory with other EC stores, there may be cases where items go out of stock even after the order is confirmed. In such cases, we will notify you of the out-of-stock status and the next delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • Zone 1: Asia (China, South Korea, Taiwan)
  • Zone 2: Asia (excluding China, South Korea, Taiwan)
  • Zone 3: Oceania, Middle East, Canada, Mexico, Europe
  • Zone 4: United States (including overseas territories)
  • Zone 5: Central and South America, Africa

Customs Duties and Fees:
For shipments to the United States (DDP)
Import duties and applicable customs clearance fees are included in the product price.
No additional duties or clearance fees are required upon delivery.
Shipping is charged separately.

For shipments to countries/regions outside the United States (DDU)
Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination and local regulations. These fees are generally collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.
Please note that, depending on the country or region, credit cards may not be accepted and payment may be required in cash.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refusals due to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
If a parcel is returned due to non-payment of these fees, you may be responsible for return shipping and any related costs.


We do not ship to the following regions:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Crimea region of Ukraine, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic of Ukraine.
