La boutique en ligne Yuzawaya dispose de l'un des plus grands choix du secteur (environ 100 000 articles).
Yuzawaya s'efforce également de promouvoir l'artisanat et les loisirs par le biais de l'exposition Yuzawaya Creative Grand Prize, un concours ouvert aux œuvres faites à la main, et de la Yuzawaya Art Academy, une école de culture spécialisée dans les arts faits à la main.
